Great location, spacious and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Everything you needed was there. It was a great base and communication was informative and helpful. It was lovely to have the outside area as well.

Some minor maintenance issues, such as a loose toilet seat and broken furniture fixings. Inconsiderate neighbors made parking a bit tight.

The location of the accommodation is great, being close to Bath center. It is also spacious and has a lovely outdoor area. the beds are really comfortable and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including tidy rooms and informative communication.

The neighbors next door were a bit inconsiderate with their parking, making it a little tight to pull onto the drive.

The garden was a great place to relax and the free parking saved me the trouble of finding a spot. Oh, and the towels were really soft and made me feel like royalty.

Just loved how the neighbors parked their cars, it definitely added an extra challenge to my driving skills.

Minor maintenance issues

Our recent stay at House Sleeps 8. 2Bedrooms & Sofa Beds In Sitting Room was a great experience. The location was perfect, being close to Bath center. The accommodation was really flexible and spacious, comfortably sleeping four of us with room for a few visitors. We even had a lovely outside area to enjoy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Communication with the host was excellent, with prompt and informative responses. We even had an issue with the central heating, but it was quickly resolved within half an hour. we highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. the location was perfect, and we especially loved the spaciousness of the house. It was wonderful to have an outside area as well. Everything was tidy and the beds were really comfy. We found that the house had everything we needed, although a couple more glasses would have been handy. It served as a great base for exploring the area, and the communication with the host was excellent. They provided us with useful information and were very helpful.
